Essence of automation 

Definition: In general, it is a specific and structurally integrated complex implementation of special automation processes.

In the JETMAT®'s case, it is an organization into a logically and functionally complete system of regular and structurally organized interaction of combined cleaning processes, as well as improvement of its practical realization.

 Aim: Besides cost optimization and functional rationalization - without using any conventional expensive automation applications - is to improve efficiency of the operation continuously, by using each possibility of the (functional) mechatronic automation theory.

Moreover, to reach the most simple and reliable constructions ever, reduce energy consumption, to increase expected efficiency and lifetime assure the environmentally conscious and also optimise operating conditions.

 Purpose: to reach the most optimal exact realizations of new beneficial and reasonable solutions, by thorough detailed careful examination of practical applications and with functional methodological developments, too.

Structural integration   

 Owing to functional automation, the most valuable and defining qualities of the JETMAT® are encoded constructional, therefore the developed structural configuration contains the determining formal and essential features of primary automation and logical system design as well as its complex  mechanical effects.

Such effective mechanisms and logical connections operate in the hardware system of the JETMAT®, which makes it redundant for further traditional and expensive parts which can break down easily, and can be very costly to service and maintain, too.

Based on the special capabilities of the JETMAT®, it operates with full automation constantly, Non-stop /ready to act stand by operation, perfectly and safely.

It is characterised by, controlled water consumption, increased performance, intensive and effective energy usage, environmentally friendly operation, aesthetical multistage self-purification process.

A further advantage of the structural integration is its entirely simplified construction, as a consequence of which, the technical maintenance and repairs can usually accomplish, quickly and easily in moments, by following our basic directions.

Logical system 

The developed hidro-dynamics logical construction of the JETMAT® module's flowing system has a key-function in the origination of the sensor process and instant explosive intervention.

The quickly consuming and reflex-like (with a response time of less than 0.02 sec) proceeding purification processes enables in addition the complete professional deep entire cleaning and purification (DREC) and the whole removal of every pollutant, instantly.

The construction features - including its logical attributes - makes the system capable of sensing each pollution-transfer walking surface (shoes, tyre treads, etc.) which, arrives on the sensitive multifunctional cleaning surface of the JETMAT® unexpectedly and in any random position.

Therefore, the whole cleaning process is self regulated and its operation is completely synchronized in the hardware, too.  The operation of the system does not draw attention to itself.

It does not disturb the environmental movements, nor does it slow down the beat of life, quite the contrary, owing to its synchronized effect mechanisms, assures sustainable cleanness with rapid cleaning intervention, while having little or no effect on the dynamics of environing movements e.g. people, goods, vehicles. Therefore, it is a real instantpreventive cleaning process.

Surface digitalization

Owing to the functional surface digitalisation of the JETMAT® immediately on contact with the cleaning surface, it detects every walking surface which comes into contact with JETMAT® and manages them continuously like basic logical (like in a binary language) units during the complete purification process, while the real contact exists.

According to the construction features, it adjusts to whatever object is placed on it and accomplishes complete purification with excellent efficiency in seconds, with the simultaneous application of concentrated tiny high-pressure water-jets, steam and compressed air.

Completion of the whole cleaning process finishes with complete drainage of the extracted pollution and moisture in the shortest way possible - across its drained structural cleaning surface - and even after each cycle with programmable self-purification and decontamination of the cleaning surface, too.
